Safety Program

Our safety program has been developed to ensure that all employees of Delta Thermal Services are aware of our safety procedures and goals of the company.

It is our responsibility to provide a safe working environment for all o the employees of this company and to correct any hazards as soon as management is aware of them. It is the responsibility of each employee to follow the safety procedures outlined and to report any workplace hazards to their supervisor immediately so that corrections can be made.

We are really proud of our safety program and it shows by our low .88 MOD rate. We are also proud to have received the Associated Builders and Contractors 2008 STEP award and the 2008 and 2017 Minnesota Governors Safety Award.
